The Indian scholars who are registered for a Ph.D. at an Indian institution and have a collaboration with a US host institution throughout the subvention period are eligible for this education.

8. Orange Tulip Scholarship
Quantum-The amount of education varies and can be a complete study figure, a 50 percent reduction in study fees, or merely a 25 percent discount.
