 1. Naukasana( Boat Pose)

  • Keep your head relaxed and you should be looking at thefloor.
  • Now, press your hands into the bottom, step your one bottom back, and also a alternate, bringing your torso parallel to thefloor.
  • After this, keep your hands straight to thefloor.
  • Distribute your weight unevenly on the upper arms, and legs. 
  •  Keep your glutes and abs tensed while keeping your torsostraight.
